Pre-Kindy and Kindy Rooms

Our pre-kindy and kindy rooms provides care for 40 children each day aged from 3 years - 5 years.

Encouraging Curriculum and School Readiness

Our Early Childhood Teacher and Qualified educators introduce a school readiness program that encourages a smooth transition into formal schooling.

Our 3-5-year-old program put emphasis on language, numeracy, literacy science and technology skills. The children are given ample time to experiment, explore, create and problem solve through the engagement of a range of materials and resources such as creative art supplies, natural materials, loose parts, clay and playdough, pictures and books.

Spacious Areas

The children have spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, educators will interact with children and support child led play. The outdoor space is shaded using Rainbow Shade Fabric which assures that children will have sun protection needed to create safer outdoor play environments. Our outdoor environment has climbing forts, sandpit area, bike tracks, tunnels which gives children the opportunity to explore and make choices in their play. Educators will support children to safely use the different play spaces.

The Learning Framework

Our service is committed to the Learning Framework, our educators will:

  • Plan a Curriculum based on children’s interests, culture, language, ideas, play and everyday lives ie connections between children, families and communities
  • Include children in decision making, including decisions about indoor and outdoor spaces, programming, routines and documenting their achievements, and give them appropriate levels of responsibility
  • Engage in sustained shared conversations with children to extend their thinking
  • Provide a balance between child led, child initiated and educator supported learning by creating learning environments and activities that stimulate children’s imagination, creativity and curiosity and encourage children to investigate, experiment , explore, solve problems, create and construct
  • Create outdoor learning spaces which invite open-ended interactions, spontaneity, risk-taking, exploration, discovery and connection with nature
